Discover the world of culinary arts with Mr Shaffer's "Cooking Around the World" course. This 12-week program guides high school students through authentic recipes from Asia, the Pacific Islands, Europe, the Balkans, and South America, all designed to be completed in one class hour. Students will master essential kitchen skills, including precise knife techniques and dough preparation, fostering both their culinary creativity and confidence in the kitchen.
